We sit with the people who actually do the work, map the process end to end, and build a working prototype against your real data. You finish the diagnostic with something you can see running and a clear recommendation on what to do next.

About the founder

Chris Ayala has spent his career across nearly every part of how software gets made — design, research, and engineering — and all of it comes together in building automation and AI systems at publicly traded companies. Two master's degrees ground the work, one in software development and one in human-computer interaction, so he moves comfortably between the technical details and a conversation about how your team actually gets its work done.

On an engagement, he starts by understanding why the problem matters, shapes the right questions, and then engineers a solution your team can run on their own. He will also tell you plainly when something isn't worth building, and the firm's pricing is structured so that honesty costs you nothing.
